About the Event

Wayne Cotter appeared regularly on late night TV as a favorite of Jay Leno, David Letterman and Bill Maher. Variety Magazine called him "notably original and spectacularly funny" and the American Comedy Awards has recognized him in the "Best Standup Comic" category. Even Johnny Carson was enthusiastic about Wayne, making him a frequent guest in the earliest days of his standup career. With a well-deserved reputation for serving up clean, smart, fresh and original stand up comedy, Wayne became a top touring comedian, appearing in clubs, colleges, casinos, and theaters all over the United States and the English-speaking world. He also hosted the Fox Television Network show "Comic Strip Live" for many years, and is currently bringing his quick wit and appropriate, adaptable style to corporate events as an emcee and keynote speaker.
